Martina Landauer is a Managing Associate at Kisser Legal. She holds a Master of Law (Mag.iur.) from the University of Vienna and was admitted to the Austrian Bar until April 2019.
Since joining the UAE market in 2023, Martina has focused on corporate and commercial advisory work. She advises commercial and private clients on M&A transactions, corporate law matters, and the structuring and execution of business activities and investments in the UAE, with a particular focus on cross-border matters. In her role as Managing Associate, she leads client matters, coordinates complex mandates, and acts as a primary point of contact for clients. Her current work also includes advising on labour and employment law matters in the UAE.

Prior to relocating to the UAE, Martina practiced at leading Austrian law firms and multinational corporations, where she gained broad experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her earlier practice covered civil and commercial law, corporate and company law, real estate and construction law, tort and warranty law, administrative law, as well as transport and insurance law. During this time, she represented and defended high-value claims for local and international clients before Austrian courts and administrative authorities and developed substantial expertise in contract and claims management across a wide range of industries.
Martina joined Strohal Legal in 2023 and continued with the team as the firm’s UAE practice transitioned to Kisser Legal.
She has a multicultural background with Serbian roots and was raised in Austria. Outside her professional activities, Martina is a sports enthusiast and enjoys spending time at the beach and in the sea.
