MennaTallah Naser joined Strohal Legal as Legal Counsel in May 2020 and continues with the team through its transition into Kisser Legal, where she now holds the position of Senior Associate. She is originally from Cairo and obtained her Bachelor of Law (English Section) from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt.
MennaTullah has been advising national and international clients, mainly from the Gulf region, on business law matters for over seven years. Her areas of expertise include corporate/M&A projects, joint ventures, commercial agreements, and IT law issues (e.g. e-commerce, data protection). As an experienced litigator, she is also closely familiar with the legal and judicial system of the UAE and has many years of experience in civil, criminal and commercial litigation before all instances and jurisdictions in the UAE.
