Originally established in 2005 as Strohal Legal Consultants, the firm has maintained a continuous presence in the United Arab Emirates for more than 20 years, advising international businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and private clients on their legal and commercial interests in the region.
This transition marks the next stage in the firm’s development. While our name has changed, our commitment to delivering commercially focused, internationally minded legal advice remains unchanged.
The rebranding reflects the evolution of the firm under the leadership of Jakob Kisser, Founder and Managing Partner, while honouring the legacy of the firm’s founder and Senior Partner, Dr. Theodor Strohal, whose vision and dedication helped establish the firm as a trusted legal adviser in the UAE market.
Today, Kisser Legal continues as an international law firm in the UAE, combining over two decades of local experience with a modern, business-oriented approach to legal advisory services. Our team supports clients across corporate, commercial, regulatory, employment, private wealth, and cross-border matters, helping them establish, protect, grow, and transition their interests in the region.
Importantly, this transition does not affect existing client relationships, ongoing matters, or service delivery. Our clients will continue working with the same trusted team and receive the same practical, responsive, and commercially driven support they have relied on for years.
